The Heng by Doomsday-Device The Heng by Doomsday-Device
For the EVE Online Contest

I wanted to create something like a long-range attack ship. Something that would have incredible range and firepower.

Those size and mas numbers are actual calculations from the rendering program.

Goonfleet will love this. It looks like a grenade with engines on it.

So it's almost a kilometer long? way too big for an assault ship

Yeah, okay, because you happen to know how big is too big for any class of ship in SPACE. Clearly my ship would be terrible at U-Turns, so it would be easily destroyed if it parked between two planets.

No but I know that it violates the size limit of the contest and I play EVE. Assault ships are frigate class ships about 50 to 75mlong. Yours is the size of a Titan. Which are very very bad at u-turns.

Actually, the contest only states that the ship design be anywhere from 50 to 1000 meters. There is no specifics as to ship classification. Besides, it's not as if a design that follows the rules would be discounted because of mislabeling.

Very professionally done, though I confess I'm not sure which angle/view is which!
