Yes, this is what I think the 12th generation of the U.S.S. Enterprise will look like. Taking into account the tendancy of the later Star Trek series to be more war like, I designed this version to be as dual-purposed as possible. It is designed as a war vessel and as a ship with the size and resources for long term deployment and deep-space exploration. In it's time, it is the flagship vessel of the Federation, and the first, greatest warship to ever come from the shipyards at Utopia Planetia. It is the first Federation ship with a concealed bridge, and independent transwarp drive engines. It is large enough for a working crew of 350 and civillian passengers and families that bring the total to 600. Just like the Enterprise D, it's upper "Arrowhead" section can separate to protect it's civillian population when the ship is forced into battle.
